Ch'tite Rencontre is a social dating app that allows adults aged 18+ to meet in groups ('crews') to share outings and activities. The app is developed and operated personally by Julien Moisson, an independent developer.

Access to Ch'tite Rencontre is restricted to people aged 18 and over. By registering, you certify that you are an adult. Any underage account detected will be deleted immediately. Registration is free. Some advanced features require a Premium subscription.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Any fraudulent or unauthorised access must be reported immediately to contact@chtiterencontre.fr.

It is strictly forbidden to: post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit content or content involving minors; impersonate another person; harass, threaten or insult other users; use bots or automated scripts; attempt to circumvent security measures.

You retain intellectual ownership of your content (photos, text, audio). By publishing it on Ch'tite Rencontre, you grant a non-exclusive licence allowing its display within the app. Any content violating these Terms may be removed without notice.

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR. For any questions about your data, contact privacy@chtiterencontre.fr.

The Premium subscription is paid and gives access to the additional features enabled in the site settings. Payment is secured via Stripe. The subscription is non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel at any time from your profile.

Ch'tite Rencontre strives to ensure maximum service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasional maintenance may cause temporary outages. The app may evolve or be discontinued without notice.

Ch'tite Rencontre is not responsible for physical meetings organised between users, nor for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app. Each user is solely responsible for their own interactions.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have sole jurisdiction. For any complaint, contact contact@chtiterencontre.fr before taking legal action.
